    Bonjour. a Nous sommes producteurs de lin bio (textile). Le lin se seme au printemps, apres labour et est recolte en ete, en tout cas en Normandie, sa zone de production principale en France. Le lin conventionnel recoit herbicide, peu ou pas d insecticide mais regulierement un fongicide ainsi qu un raccourcisseur si c est un lin textile.Il a garde une image de culture propre car c etait le cas, il y a 20 ou 30 ans mais ce n est plus vrai ! aa Quand a vos graines de lin bio, faites attention a la provenance car elles viennent souvent de Chine. On commence a en trouver de la francaise de plus en plus. 115 Cela reste vrai en tout cas, qu il vaut mieux broyer les graines juste avant de les manger pour mieux assimiler leurs bienfaits mais rien n empeche de se faire plaisir avec de belles graines sur le dessus d un pain maison. On mange aussi avec les yeux ! Le trempage des graines est une bonne solution pour pouvoir bien les assimiler, il suffit de recouvrir d eau (minerale ou de source) la veille et le matin elles sont pretes a consommer, comme ca aucun risque.
