You can also spread the sesame puree on bread or directly consume the sprouted seeds . These must be eaten quickly because they quickly become bitter.

CONSERVATION

Sesame oil can be stored for 1 year and a half if preserved:

  • dry

  • protected from light

  • In 1 hermetic container to prevent oxidation by air
