Make kefir in a healthy, cheap and simple way:
1- Add a bag of kefir yeast to 1 liter of fresh or packaged milk at room temperature (should not be hot).
2- Cover the container with a lid and leave it at room temperature for 24 hours.
3- Take 4 tablespoons of the already done kefir (about 50 grams) to make a liter of kefir again. The process can be repeated up to 10 times.
4- Keep the kefir for up to 12 days in the refrigerator.
